Delivery Policy

  • Logistics Coordination:

    • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-11, FamilyMart (Taiwan main island, outer islands convenience store locations)
    • Home Delivery: Post Office (only available on the Taiwan main island)

  • Delivery Areas and Timeframes:

    • Convenience Store Pickup: Taiwan main island, outer islands convenience store locations. Estimated delivery time: order date + 3 to 7 business days.
    • Home Delivery: Taiwan main island. Estimated delivery time: order date + 3 to 7 business days.
    • Mailing: Taiwan main island, outer islands. Estimated delivery time: order date + 3 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping Instructions:

    • Orders will be shipped approximately 1 to 3 business days after placing the order (excluding the order date), not including holidays.
    • Delivery times are Monday to Friday.
    • Shipping may be delayed during holidays with high order volumes or due to unforeseeable natural disasters.
    • Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the arrival notification SMS and pick up your order within 7 days of arrival. Uncollected orders will result in the customer bearing the shipping cost loss.
    • Home Delivery: Actual delivery will be arranged according to the courier driver’s schedule.

  • Pickup Instructions:

    • Follow the instructions in the pickup notification SMS to collect your items at the designated store.
    • Cash on Delivery: The recipient must provide their real name and the last three digits of their phone number to the store clerk and complete the payment to receive the item.
    • Prepaid Packages: The recipient must provide their real name and the last three digits of their phone number to the store clerk and present a photo ID that matches the recipient’s name on the package.
      • For Taiwanese nationals, the name must be verified in Chinese; for foreign nationals, the name must be verified in English.
      • Accepted IDs: ID card, health insurance card, driver’s license, student ID, military ID, passport, residence permit.
    • Friendly Reminder: When picking up items from the store, it is recommended to avoid peak hours to significantly reduce waiting time.
